Where We Ship

We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered. If we are unable to ship to your region, you will be notified at or after checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

As we ship globally, delivery times vary depending on your location, local postal and customs services, and other factors outside of our control. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or timeframes. We ask that you allow reasonable time for your order to arrive before contacting us.

At this stage, Koxely does not provide order tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to provide real-time updates on its location or delivery status. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Koxely is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
