Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping within Australia: 5–8 business days. Express shipping: 2–3 business days (where available). Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, Koxely is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs (for future international shipments), or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@koxely.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
