Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are marked as final sale.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@koxely.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@koxely.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
